Commands are entered in chat or via whispers using
#channelname !command syntax.
Command prefix is customizable and must be added before all commands in the table when used in chat.
By default it is
!bot will always reply with the current version of the bot as well as the channel's command prefix regardless of the prefix.
!permit will also always reply for compatibility with other moderation bots that may be running at the same time.
Optional parameters are greyed out.

Users with access level above (and including) 25 are always immune to all channel filters.
